Hublot changes to winter time by partnering the Graubünden-based manufacture Zai to produce an exclusive ski... and presents the “Hublot All Black” ski, a symbol of the fusion of unexpected materials. An “All Black” ski inspired by the tone-on-tone monochrome concept of its now legendary Big Bang watch. The skis were unveiled to the press today by their builder, Simon Jacomet, and Hublot CEO Jean-Claude BiverInspired by the fusion of materials which is the very basis of Hublot’s watch design, these skis are the fruit of an assemblage of carbon fibers, fiberglass, steel, rubber and ... Graubünden stone (Gneiss).

The rubber being the upper coating of the ski, which gives it that soft matt look resembling a watch strap. As for the runners, these skis are designed to facilitate smooth rotation while retaining dynamism and elasticity to guarantee some heady sensations for the skier! Manufactured one pair at a time, by hand, like Hublot watches, the 111 numbered pairs of the “All Black” limited series will be distributed exclusively in some Hublot sales outlets and at Zai in Disentis (GR).
