Commemorating the opening of its pp-up boutique in Omotesando, the Swiss luxury watch brand, Hublot unveiled the FIFA World Cup Winner’s Trophy that will be presented to the winner of 2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM, for the first time in Japan, on Wednesday, May 24th, 2017. On the following day, the trophy was exhibited at Pop-up Boutique Omotesando.

Hublot is proud to be the Official Timekeeper and Official Watch of the FIFA World CupTM since 2011. And in recent years, the brand's name “HUBLOT” has been seen on the referee boards by millions of football fans, boosting brand’s recognition among them. With attendance of Hublot Ambassador, Mr. Vahid Halilhodžić, Japan National Football coach, Mr. Hidetoshi Nakata, ex-national footballer and now a member of the International Football Association Board (IFAB), and Ms. Miwa Sakai, Hublot’s Asia-Pacific Regional Director, the 2018 FIFA World Cup Winner’s Trophy was unveiled.

Then Mr. Yoichi Takahashi who is a famous comic artist, best known for “Captain Tsubasa” wjiias appeared on the stage and had a small talk session with Mr. Vahid Halilhodžić and Mr. Hidetoshi Nakata.
On the following day, the FIFA World Cup Winner’s Trophy was exhibited at Pop-up Boutique Omotesando. To take advantage of this extremely rare opportunity and see the most sought after trophy, countless number of people came out.
