This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is intended to explain to “You” HUBLOT S.A.’s (“the Company,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) practices concerning the protection and collection of personal data collected in our stores located in the U.S. (“Stores”) and our websites and apps owned and operated by the Company in the United States (collectively “the Website”). This Policy does not apply to any non-U.S store, websites, or applications operated by HUBLOT. This Policy allows you to learn more information about how we use the personal data you provide to us, the nature and use of navigation information processed when you visit the Website, and about your rights.
This Policy, along with the Terms and Conditions of the Website, govern the use we make of your personal data and personal data collected and processed when you visit the Website. By using the Website, you fully accept the terms of this Policy.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update the Policy from time to time and the changes will be applicable immediately. The date of the last version of the Policy is displayed at the bottom of this Policy.
HUBLOT undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of any information provided by you. We respect the confidentiality of any personal data that you may provide to us. “Personal data” refers to any information that identifies or could reasonably identify you, and may include things such as your email address, physical or mailing address, or mobile phone number.
Personal data will be collected during visits to the Website and Stores according to your interaction with our services and features. The Company is the party responsible for processing your personal data and is also the party who controls and manages the personal data collected and processed, the objectives of the processing and its conditions, the scope of communication of personal data to third parties, the data protection measures taken to protect and save data, and how you can check the processing of your data and enforce your rights.

The Company collects and processes personal data voluntarily communicated by you when you:

With your consent, the Company also may use your personal data for marketing purposes which means you may be sent promotional information and information about the Company's products, such as promotions, special events, exhibitions and fairs organized by the Company or in which it participates, and to conduct surveys and polls. Moreover, the Company may, directly or through third parties, provide technical management and maintenance services for the Website. Other companies belonging to the Hublot group may participate in the processing of data as part of the functioning of the Website and the provision of services and features offered by the Website.
The Company undertakes to protect the security of the user's personal data. Personal data is processed by the Company pursuant to the security provisions provided by applicable law in order to prevent the loss and destruction, even accidental, of data, unauthorized access to the data, and illicit or dishonest use of the data. Moreover, the information systems and software are configured so that the personal and identifying data is only used if necessary for the processing objectives in question. The Company deploys all commercially reasonable security procedures and technology to help protect the user's personal data against the risks described above. However, the Company cannot control all risks associated with the operation of the Internet, and draws your attention to the likelihood of risks incurred in its use and operation. We will keep your personal. data for as long as we have a business need and purpose to retain your personal data, including storage for archival purposes. When we believe we no longer need such personal data, we will destroy or otherwise dispose of your personal data in a manner intended to preserve your privacy and security and as required by applicable law.
In all cases where the Company communicates your personal data to a third party (as permitted hereunder), the Company will implement, pursuant to applicable law, reasonable and appropriate security measures to guarantee users an adequate level of protection for the personal data concerning him/her. Your personal data will be accessible to in-house and external Company personnel needing to access it as part of his/her job in connection with the processing objectives specified herein, and by subcontractors or independent contractors to the Company, if applicable. You can share some information or content found on the Website on social media (like a product sheet). By clicking on the “like” or “share” buttons on Facebook or any other share button of any other social media site (Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.), the content is exported from the Company’s servers and uploaded on that social media’s website.
The use of that content is then governed by the privacy policy and terms and conditions of that third party social media site and not by the Company. We encourage you to consult the terms and conditions and privacy policy of that social media site carefully. Export of content from our Website to another social media site is done at your own risk. In no event, shall the Company be held liable for any use or action of that content once it is exported.
This Policy does not apply to websites or applications offered by other organizations or individuals that may be displayed as content in a search on the Website. The Company encourages you to read the privacy policy and terms of use applicable to any such third party website or application before transmitting any personal data.
With the exception of the foregoing concerning browsing data, the disclosure of personal data by you is necessary for the provision of the services and features offered by the Company that you request, for example, your registration with the Company, the management of products purchased by you and related activities, the interaction of the user with the call centre and the communication to the Company of information necessary for the Company to respond to information requests. In the aforementioned cases, your refusal to communicate personal data will prevent the Company from respecting its contractual obligations or providing you with the services, products or information requested as specified above. The communication by you of your personal data for marketing purposes is optional and your refusal to disclose personal data for marketing purposes shall have no consequences. You can stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in e-mails that you receive. 7. Promotional Text Messages. If you receive a text message from us that contains promotional information you can opt-out of receiving future text messages by replying “STOP.”
8. Promotional Mailings. If at any time you do not want to receive offers and/or circulars from us you can remove yourself from our mailing lists by emailing us at the address below. Please note that our mailings are prepared in advance of their being sent. Although we will remove your name from our mailing list after receiving your request, you may still receive mailings from us that had been initiated prior to your name being removed.
