ALERT PROCEDURE

Hublot encourages open communication and dialog within its business and with its external stakeholders (partners, clients). Any Hublot employee or external stakeholder becoming aware of a violation of the Codes of Conduct, internal guidelines, principles and policies and/or applicable laws and regulations is invited to raise their concerns and/or seek advice.

To this end, all employees and stakeholders have access to LVMH Alert Line, an online platform that enables confidential and secure reporting of violations of laws, regulations or internal principles of conduct in good faith. Hublot ensures that no disciplinary sanctions or retaliatory measures, whether direct or indirect, are taken against people who use these channels in good faith, even if the facts reported subsequently turn out to be inaccurate or unfounded and/or do not lead to any prosecution or sanction.
