An ambassador since 2018, Yannick Alléno perfectly embodies the values to which Hublot is attached: passion, high standards and dedication, the desire to define new codes and enhance an age-old heritage. The Parisian chef, who has been awarded three stars by the Michelin Guide in 2015 and 2017, excels in fine cooking by offering a French cuisine. In 2020, Pavillon Ledoyen became the most star-rated establishment in the world. His visionary approach to culinary art daringly combines expertise and excellence. Techniques, gestures, a respect for raw material and a quest for the perfect flavors have all formed his perfectionist nature as a chef. He is in charge of 8 establishments located around the world.


ANNE-SOPHIE PIC

Self-taught, instinctive and intuitive, Anne-Sophie Pic combines new flavors and has a great appreciation for unconventional tastes and unloved or forgotten ingredients. The chef from Valence has cooking in her blood and invention and creativity in her heart. With 3 Michelin stars under her belt since 1997, she is the most Michelin-starred chef in the world, with 8 stars for her 4 restaurants in Valence(***)/Paris(*)/Lausanne(**)/London(**).
Anne-Sophie Pic is the only woman to hold 3 Michelin stars in France since 2007 and her culinary innovations never cease to amaze, as does her perfect "impregnation" which sees the fusion and interaction of food and drink to create a total symbiosis between aromas and flavors.


ANDREAS CAMINADA

Playing with textures and the senses, his cuisine is total watchmaking precision. Andreas Caminada ensures he preciously preserves the original flavors of ingredients and shares the essence of his local area with daring creativity. His personal expression combines regional integration and innovation, a link with Hublot for whom he has been an ambassador since 2017.
Awarded with 19 Gault & Millau points in 2009 and 3 Michelin stars in 2011, he was chosen in 2019 by “ The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” list to be the most sustainable chef in the world for his commitment to using local and organic ingredients, renewable energy and recycled materials within his establishment at the Schauenstein Castle in Switzerland.
