Since 1 January 2026, Hublot has set a new benchmark in long-term assurance. All eligible watches purchased from this date benefit from:

 

5 years of international warranty

DURATION OF THE HUBLOT INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Under its International Warranty, Hublot will repair, free of charge, any functional issue resulting from a manufacturing defect. Warranty duration depends on the date of purchase and the type of watch.

 

5-year International Warranty: applies to all watches purchased from 1 January 2026, excluding Hublot Certified Pre-Owned.

 

2-year International Warranty: applies to :

  • watches purchased up to December 31st, 2025 inclusive
  • all Connected watches (regardless of purchase date)
  • all Hublot Certified Pre-Owned watches (regardless of purchase date)

 

The International Warranty is valid worldwide across the entire Hublot network – in our boutiques or with authorized retailers – regardless of the country of purchase.

Hublotista is Hublot's exclusive community for registered Hublot owners. By registering your watch and joining Hublotista, you unlock extended services, and the possibility of extending your warranty coverage (subject to specific conditions), along with experiences and exclusive benefits.

 

Eligibility conditions

Watches purchased from 1 January 2026  (excluding Hublot Certified Pre-Owned models)

Register your watch during its initial 5-year warranty period to receive an additional 5-year extension for a total coverage of 10 years.

 

 

Watches purchased up to 31 December 2025 (excluding Connected watches) 
And all Hublot Certified Pre-Owned watches regardless of purchase date

Register your watch during its 2-year warranty period to receive an additional 1-year extension for a total coverage of 3 years.

HUBLOT COMPLIMENTARY COMPLETE SERVICE

Case-assembly

Certain watches purchased online or in a Hublot Boutique benefit from a complimentary complete service valued at CHF 1,000. This service includes one full maintenance intervention. 

 

Eligibility conditions 

  • Eligible : certain watches purchased up to 31 December 2025 (inclusive) online or in a Hublot Boutique
  • Not Eligible : watches purchased from 1 January 2026, as these follow the new 5+5 warranty structure 

 

Validity period 

The Hublot Complete Service is valid for one intervention only, from the expiration of the original warranty period until the 7th anniversary of activation.  

 

  • Hublotista members: usable between year 3 and year 7
  • Non-members: usable between year 2 and year 7

INTERNATIONAL REPAIR SERVICE WARRANTY

Final-check

Any repair service performed by an authorized Hublot Service Center is covered by a 12-month Repair Service Warranty. This warranty covers replaced parts and work directly related to the intervention, starting from the repair service date indicated on your invoice. For any warranty or repair service-related question, please contact Hublot Customer Service, visit a Hublot Boutique, or reach out to your authorized retailer. It is important to note that the terms and conditions of the International Warranty remain identical for the Repair Service Warranty.

At Hublot, we are proud of the exceptional quality of our watches. As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, we are pleased to announce an evolution in our warranty policy for products purchased on or after January 1st, 2026. 

 

This Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQ”) has been designed to guide you through the conditions under which you can benefit from the warranty on your Hublot watch. It will help you understand the specific conditions applicable to your Hublot watch, detailing in particular our new "5+5" warranty (i.e., a 5-year basic warranty, with the possibility of a 5-year additional extension via the Hublotista program, applicable to eligible watches purchased from January 1, 2026 onwards).

The Hublot International Warranty is our commitment to the quality of our products. It covers any malfunction of your watch resulting from a manufacturing defect, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty. 

 

You can consult and download the instruction manuals, including the complete terms and conditions of the Hublot International Warranty, on our website.

When you purchase your watch from our official network – whether in one of our boutiques, from one of our authorized retailers, or on our e-commerce website (our “Official Network”) – the basic warranty of your watch is activated by the salesperson. This activation marks the beginning of your warranty period. For online purchases, the basic warranty will be automatically activated upon once the invoice has been generated.

The basic duration of the Hublot International Warranty depends on the purchase date and the type of watch:

 

For all watches (excluding HUBLOT Certified Pre-Owned watches) sold within our Official Network from January 1st, 2026 onwards: You benefit from a five (5) year warranty from the date of purchase.

 

For all other watches sold within our Official Network: You benefit from a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase, which specifically includes:

  • Watches sold up to December 31st, 2025 inclusive
  • All connected watches (regardless of their purchase date).
  • All HUBLOT Certified Pre-Owned watches(regardless of their purchase date).

Hublotista is the name of the community of Hublot watch owners registered on their Hublot account and who have agreed to join Hublotista. 

By joining the Hublotista community, this allows you, under certain conditions, to extend your basic warranty period and access exclusive services, benefits, and experiences. The eligibility conditions for the warranty extension and its duration are detailed in Question 5. 

 

To become a Hublotista member and benefit from these advantages, including the warranty extension, you simply need to create a Hublot account, register your watch there, and agree to join the Hublotista community. Visit our website and follow the simple steps to create your account and register your watch.

The duration of the Hublotista warranty extension varies depending on your watch :

 

For watches from January 1st, 2026 onwards (excluding HUBLOT Certified Pre-Owned watches) purchased:
You can benefit from an additional five (5) year warranty extension, bringing the total warranty duration to ten (10) years. This extension is granted provided the watch is still covered by its initial five (5) years International Warranty on the date of its registration on your Hublot account.

 

 

For watches purchased up to December 31st, 2025 inclusive (excluding connected watches) or for all HUBLOT Certified Pre-Owned watches (regardless of their purchase date):
You can benefit from an additional one (1) year warranty extension. This extension is granted provided the watch is still covered by its initial two (2) years International Warranty on the date of its registration on your Hublot account.

 

It is important to note that the terms and conditions of the International Warranty remain identical for the Hublotista warranty extension. You can consult and download all terms and conditions in the instruction manuals available on our  website. 

If you sell or purchase a Hublot watch that is still under its basic warranty (5 or 2 years, as applicable – see Question 3), this warranty will remain valid until its original expiration date, regardless of the change of ownership.

 

However, the Hublotista warranty extension is linked to the registration of the watch by its owner on the Hublotista program and is therefore not transferable with the watch upon its resale.

 

The new owner can, however, create a Hublot account (if they don't already have one), register their watch there, and enroll as a Hublotista member. They can then benefit from the Hublotista warranty extension, provided the watch is still covered by the basic warranty (5 or 2 years, as applicable) on the date of this registration.

Certain Hublot watches are eligible for a Free Service, valued at CHF 1,000. This service allows you to benefit from a single maintenance intervention for your watch.

 

Important: The Free Service is applicable only to certain watches purchased online on hublot.com or in a Hublot Boutique up to December 31st, 2025 inclusive. Watches purchased from January 1st, 2026 onwards will benefit from a new warranty structure, including a five (5) year basic warranty and a possible five (5) years additional extension via the Hublotista program. These watches are therefore not eligible for the Free Service.

 

Eligibility and usage conditions for the Free Service :

  • The Free Service is valid for a single intervention.
  • It can be used from the expiration of the watch's original warranty period and up to the 7th anniversary of the activation date of the warranty (as indicated in Hublot's records).
  • The same terms and conditions as the International Warranty apply for the coverage of the Free Service.
  • The Free Service can be requested and performed only in Hublot boutiques and is not available via authorized retailers.
  • This service is linked to the watch and not to the client. In case of resale of the watch, the Free Service follows the new owner, who can benefit from it under the same conditions.

 

 

Specific usage periods:

  • Hublotista Members: You can use the Free Service once between the 3rd and 7th anniversary of the watch's warranty activation date.
  • Non-Hublotista Members: You can use the Free Service once between the 2nd and 7th anniversary of the watch's warranty activation date.

  • If you have a Hublot account : Log in to your Hublot account on our website. On your registered watch's profile, you will have access to all warranty-related information, including its expiration date and details regarding the Free Service (if applicable).
  • If you don’t have a Hublot account or have any other questions:
