If your financing application is successful, payment processing is handled exclusively by Younited. You will receive the invoices directly from Younited.

Younited is an independent third-party credit institution. We are not affiliated with, nor do we control, Younited in any manner.

By selecting Younited to complete payment, you:

• Undertake to pay the purchase price debt with Younited.
• Enter into a separate agreement with Younited, strictly subject to their terms and conditions (available here). We encourage you to carefully review all terms and seek independent advice if needed before proceeding.
• Acknowledge that Younited has sole discretion in determining eligibility for their payment method.

We are not liable for any aspect of your use of Younited's services and disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of their services. Failure to comply with Younited's terms may result in collection fees, additional charges, and/or debt collection.

We automatically share your full name, email and postal address, phone number, and shopping cart with Younited when you choose to use their services (see clause 7 of our Privacy Policy). We may also share additional personal data with Younited, including, but not limited to, identity documentation, order confirmations, or invoices, as required by Younited for the use of their services. Younited will process your personal data as an independent data controller and in accordance with their privacy policy (available here).

Please note when considering returning products paid with Younited, the orders must be returned fully or partially to Hublot within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Once products have been successfully returned to Hublot, we will issue a credit memo and inform Younited. The credit memo cannot be processed if your return falls outside of our returns period
