THREE MICHELIN STAR CHEF JAN HARTWIG IS HUBLOT’S NEW FRIEND OF THE BRAND

The Swiss luxury watch manufacture is delighted to announce that German three Michelin stars chef Jan Hartwig has joined the Hublot family. Like Hublot, the chef has developed his own signature style in record time and is gaining international recognition for it.

Jan Hartwig is a guarantee for absolute top quality and is considered one of Germany’s greatest culinary talents. In October 2022, he opened his restaurant "JAN" in the culinary metropolis of Munich, with which he immediately achieved three Michelin stars after just a few months thanks to his undeniable, unique style. His culinary creations are precise and carefully considered down to the last detail; each has its own identity and features wonderful and surprising combinations.

 

With his own restaurant, which bears the name "JAN" and offers space for a total of 40 guests, he fulfilled his dream of self-employment. His aim is to present top-class cuisine in a contemporary setting. To achieve this, he broke with the conventions of gourmet cuisine, as the sleek interior design of the restaurant: "JAN" appears in a friendly, upscale style.

 

The "JAN" is supposed to stand out from other Michelin-starred restaurants without compromising on exclusivity and sophistication. Jan Hartwig reinterprets the DNA of German cuisine and translates it into new worlds of flavour. His cooking style is characterised by precision, creativity and passion, and with his own identity he sometimes surprises with unexpected combinations in his kitchen. The highest level of craftsmanship, sustainability and outstanding products, predominantly from the region, play an equally important role in providing his guests with an unforgettable experience.

 

Like Hublot, true to the brand philosophy "First, unique and different", Jan Hartwig is constantly working to be better today than he was yesterday and consciously uses precise components in his dishes, similar to the precision of a watch movement. The development of his dishes also resembles the composition of a clockwork movement: the dishes are designed to the point so that it is impossible to remove any of the components. The pioneering spirit that unites the Swiss luxury watch manufacture with the German three Michelin stars chef emphasises how obvious the step towards this partnership is.

 

Jan joins Hublot’s growing family of culinary partners, with three Michel stars chefs Yannick Alléno, Eneko Atxa, Andreas Caminada, Paul Pairet, Anne-Sophie Pic and Clare Smyth.

CLASSIC FUSION TRIBUTO : LE RETOUR AUX ORIGINES, EN OR

Milan (Italie), le 15 octobre 2026 – Quarante-six ans plus tard, Hublot rend hommage à la montre fondatrice de son histoire avec la Classic Fusion Tributo, déclinée en or jaune ou en or blanc. Au-delà d'une réinterprétation, c’est un véritable retour aux sources réalisé avec tout le savoir-faire que la Manufacture a acquis et intégré depuis sa création en 1980. L'or et le caoutchouc. Le noir et le contraste. Les codes qui ont fait naître le modèle original demeurent intacts, désormais sublimés par 46 ans d'excellence horlogère, tant dans la conception des mouvements que dans le travail des matériaux, des finitions et de l'architecture des boîtes. Ce qui n'était alors qu'une intuition visionnaire – les prémices de l'Art de la Fusion – s'est pleinement imposé comme l'une des signatures les plus emblématiques de la Haute Horlogerie. La Classic Fusion Tributo renoue ainsi avec les origines de Hublot, réinterprétées à la lumière de la maîtrise acquise par la Manufacture, tout en préservant le lien privilégié qui l'unit à son fondateur.

KOONS × Hublot : DEUX UNIVERS RÉUNIS PAR LA TRANSFORMATION

New York, le 16 septembre 2026 – Hublot et Jeff Koons dévoilent une collaboration plurielle, marquée par le lancement simultané de deux garde-temps d'exception : la Classic Fusion Balloon Dog et la MP-14 Origin by Jeff Koons. Ce partenariat entre Hublot et Jeff Koons, tous deux reconnus pour transformer l'ordinaire en icône, donne naissance à une fusion inédite entre haute horlogerie et art contemporain. Avec son architecture en saphir, titane et or blanc serti de pierres précieuses, la MP-14 Origin réunit haute joaillerie et haute horlogerie pour évoquer la naissance du cosmos à l'échelle microscopique, comme si elle capturait l'instant même où tout prend forme et commence à se déployer. Cette création visionnaire constitue une avancée technique majeure pour Hublot, avec le lancement de son premier tourbillon central à remontage automatique.
