Dallas, TX / Houston, TX / Austin, TX, October 11th, 2024 - Swiss luxury watchmaker Hublot is proud to announce the launch of the Spirit of Big Bang Texas, a limited-edition timepiece designed as a homage to the Lone Star State. Carefully crafted to honor Texas's rich history, culture, and identity, the Spirit of Big Bang Texas incorporates iconic Texan elements into its design. This special edition, limited to 30 pieces, marks the second official Hublot timepiece dedicated to Texas, solidifying the brand's connection to the American southwestern spirit that defines the state. The satin-finished, micro-blasted, and polished 18K yellow gold bezel combined with black ceramic case and black rubber and stitched calfskin strap is a bold combination that captures the essence of Texas: a blend of tradition, practicality, and self-expression. Featured on the dial is the Lone Star symbol, which serves as a reminder of Texas's independent spirit, legendary pride, and has over time come to symbolize the unique identity of Texas. The black rubber and brown calfskin strap, adorned with Lone Star-centric stitching, reflects the rugged and unique nature of traditional Texas style — reminiscent of cowboy boots, leather belts, and the iconic codes of the Texas frontier. The buckle of the timepiece features an 18K Yellow Gold and Black-plated Titanium Deployant clasp, combining the luxurious sheen of gold with the rugged durability and lightness of titanium, offering both elegance and strength in its design. Pour la quatrième fois depuis leur première collaboration en 2020, ils permettent au noir d'être plus qu’une simple couleur, et de devenir la Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo. Cette édition est limitée à 300 exemplaires, où chaque texture et chaque contraste ne sont pas laissés au hasard. La céramique noir mat sculpte le boîtier de 42 mm en lui conférant lumière et profondeur, tandis qu’un motif camouflage monochrome vient lui offrir rythme et mouvement.
