HUBLOT REIGNS SUPREME OVER EUROPEAN FOOTBALL
Hublot is passionate about football and now counts the UEFA Nations League Finals among its many football partnerships. The new European football competition created by UEFA, will soon hold its first final in Portugal from 5th to 9th June in Hublot colours. With the UEFA Champions League, the Europa League and the Euros; its clubs – Chelsea, Juventus and Benfica and its football stars – Mbappé, Pelé and Mourinho; Hublot has made Europe and football its playground.
From 5th to 9th June, in Portugal, the 4 winners of the pools from League A - England, the Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland - will come face to face for a final game, the winner of which will be crowned "UEFA Nations League Champion". On the pitch, the watchmaker will lead the game with its famous boards of the same design as its watches and used by the 4th official to show extra time and player substitutions.

A biennial competition that involves all League A national European teams. On 24th January 2018, a random draw by the UEFA premier Nations League created 16 groups, spreading the 55 countries that are part of UEFA among 4 divisions - A, B, C, and D. An inclusive measure that allows smaller European nations to play in challenging matches and progress in the rankings - as after each edition the ranking per division is revised with a promotion and relegation system. After this first event, 4 countries have therefore won their place and will rejoin division A during the next edition of the UEFA Nations League: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, Sweden and Ukraine. Whereas, Germany, Croatia, Iceland and Poland have been relegated to division B.
Another bonus offered by the UEFA Nations League competition is the four qualifying places, one for each League, including D, for the 2020 Euros - a competition Hublot has partnered with since 2008.
Another major first for Hublot: Hublot is the official timekeeper and official watch for the FIFA Women's World Cup taking place in France from 7th June to 7th July.
